Accessibility

Our commitment
We want our courses to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification or other assistive technology.
What we are working toward
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This is an ongoing effort rather than a finished state, and we are not claiming full conformance.
What we have done
- Course text is structured with proper headings so it can be navigated by assistive technology
- Images carry alternative text
- The site can be navigated by keyboard
- Colour is not used as the only way of conveying information
- Text can be resized without breaking the layout
- Read-along narration is available on selected courses
Known limitations
We would rather tell you where we fall short than imply we have solved everything:
- Some older course materials may not fully meet the standard
- Some third-party content embedded in the site is outside our control
- Some PDF documents may not be fully tagged for accessibility
If you have difficulty
If any part of this site or a course is difficult for you to use, tell us. We will help you get the content another way and we will fix the underlying problem where we can.
Our contact info is below. Tell us the page or course, what you were trying to do, and what assistive technology you use if that is relevant. We aim to respond within three business days.
Formal complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response, write to the address below with “Accessibility complaint” title, and it will be reviewed by someone other than the person who handled your original request.
