What this course covers

A practical look at where AI genuinely helps a real estate agent and where it creates risk. Not a survey of tools, most of which will have changed by the time you finish reading about them, but a working understanding of what these systems do well, what they do badly, and which tasks you should never hand over.

Writing that still sounds like you

Listing descriptions, client emails, follow-up messages and social posts. You will learn to prompt for a usable first draft and, more importantly, to edit it into something that does not read as generated. Clients notice, and generated-sounding copy reads as indifference.

Reading and summarising documents

Contracts, disclosures, HOA documents and inspection reports. AI is useful for orienting yourself in a long document quickly. It is not useful as a substitute for reading the parts that matter, and the course is direct about which parts those are.

Market research and analysis

Where AI helps you think about a market, and where it confidently produces figures that are simply wrong. You will learn to treat every number it gives you as a claim requiring verification.

What not to delegate

The most important section. Fair housing language, required disclosures, anything touching client confidentiality, and any statement of fact about a property. These carry legal consequences that fall on you, not on the tool, and the course explains why AI is particularly prone to error in exactly these areas.

Who this is for

Agents who suspect they should be using AI and are not sure how, and agents already using it who want to know what they might be getting wrong. No technical background is assumed.

A note on currency

Specific tools change constantly. This course is built around judgment rather than product tours, so the material stays useful as the tools move.

This is a professional development course. It does not carry state license credit and is not approved for pre-licensing, post-licensing, or continuing education requirements in any state.

Frequently asked questions

Does this AI for real estate professionals course count toward continuing education?

No. This is professional development and does not satisfy any state requirement.

Do I need to pay for an AI subscription?

No. Everything demonstrated works with freely available tools. The course discusses where paid tiers become worth it, without requiring one.

Will this become outdated?

The tools will. The judgment will not. The course focuses on what to delegate and what to check, which has stayed constant while the products have changed.

Is it safe to put client information into these real estate AI tools?

Often not, and the course is specific about why. Handling client data correctly is one of the main topics rather than a footnote.
