Real Estate Post-Licensing Courses
Post-licensing education is required after you are licensed and before your first renewal. It is a one-time requirement, separate from ongoing continuing education, and missing the deadline has consequences that continuing education does not.

Who post-licensing is for
Newly licensed agents and brokers, in their first renewal cycle. In Florida, a sales associate who does not complete post-licensing before that first renewal has their licence rendered null and void. It is not a late fee. Requalifying means starting over.
The content is different from pre-licensing in a way that catches people out. Pre-licensing teaches you what you need to pass an exam. Post-licensing teaches you how to do the job: finding clients, running listings, managing your time, and building something that still exists in three years.
Check your renewal date now rather than later. The requirement is straightforward, but the deadline is not flexible.
