What this course covers
Your brand is what people say about you when you are not in the room. It is not your logo, your headshot, or the colour of your yard signs, though those follow from it. This course is about deciding what you want said, and then being consistent enough that it gets said.
Finding a position that is actually yours
Most agent marketing is interchangeable. Everyone is dedicated, everyone is local, everyone puts clients first. None of that distinguishes anyone. You will work through what you genuinely know that other agents in your market do not, and how to say it without inventing a persona you cannot sustain.
Choosing a niche narrow enough to be known for
A niche feels like turning business away, and in the short term it is. It is also the only reliable route to being the obvious choice rather than one of forty options. The course covers evaluating niches by size, competition and your own credibility, including geographic, demographic and property-type approaches.
Consistency across the places people check
Prospects look you up before they call. This section covers making your site, your profiles and your listing presentations say the same thing, and the small inconsistencies that quietly cost credibility.
Building without a budget
Everything here works at zero spend. Paid promotion amplifies a brand; it does not create one, and amplifying an unclear brand mostly wastes money.
Who this is for
Agents who have been practising long enough to notice that referrals and repeat business behave differently from portal leads, and want more of the former. Also useful for new agents choosing a direction before they have habits to unlearn.
A note on fair housing
Choosing a niche and marketing to it runs directly alongside fair housing law. The course is explicit about which targeting approaches are legitimate and which are not, because the line matters and it is easier to cross than most agents assume.
