What this course covers
Most agents do not have a lead problem. They have a follow-up problem. Leads arrive, get a single reply, and are never contacted again, while the agent goes looking for more leads to replace the ones they never worked.
This course is about the gap between a lead arriving and a client signing. It covers what happens in the first five minutes, what happens over the following ninety days, and how to run both without a system that collapses the first week you get busy.
Speed of response
Response time is the single most predictive factor in whether a lead converts, and most agents lose on it before they have said anything at all. You will build a realistic first-response routine: what you can answer in two minutes from your phone, what needs to wait until you are at a desk, and how to acknowledge a lead honestly when you cannot deal with it properly yet.
Qualifying without interrogating
Not every enquiry is a client, and treating them all identically wastes the time of everyone involved. You will learn which questions reveal timeline, motivation and financing readiness early, and how to ask them in a conversation rather than a form.
Follow-up sequences you will actually maintain
A ninety-day sequence you abandon in week two is worse than a fourteen-day sequence you complete. This section covers building sequences sized to your real capacity, mixing channels, and the practical difference between persistence and nuisance.
Scripts and templates
The course includes usable openers, follow-up messages, and responses to the objections that come up most: not ready yet, already talking to someone, just looking, and the silence that follows a first showing.
Who this is for
Licensed agents at any stage who are generating enquiries and losing them somewhere between the first contact and the appointment. New agents will find it useful as a starting system. Experienced agents usually find it useful as a diagnosis of which stage is leaking.
What you need
An active real estate license and some source of leads, whether that is portal enquiries, referrals, open houses or your own sphere. The course does not teach lead generation; it teaches what to do once a lead exists.
